Got there early for an appointment at 10.30. Greeted nicely, but no advice they were running late. Didn't start working on my tyre until 10.55! Not the best service and cost me money being away from work, which I had factored in had they been efficient and kept to my appointment time. Carried out a wheel alignment check, only to find out the software didn't cover my van (the same happened last April 🤦🏻‍♂️) KEEP PEOPLE INFORMED AND YOU WON'T GET RUBBISH REVIEWS. Overall, very disappointing service 🤬

Not been to Kwik Fit for well over 10 years as in the past have always finished up paying more than i was quoted when having tyres fitted.

Had four new tyres fitted to my Hyundai Tucson as i was really pleased with the price i saw online but as always they did not fail to meet my expectations in finding something else to charge me for, an extra £71.95 for a three minute wheel alignment!

Was also there just over two hours to fit four tyres even though your were not at all busy.

On driving home my on screen dash showed that every tyre had been inflated to the wrong pressure R/N/S 31 F/N/S 32 R/O/S 33 F//O/S 31 so the following morning put it right at a local air line by putting the correct 35lb in each tyre only to find out that two of my valve caps were totally different ones that were on originally, one being a small grey one that looks like its off a bicycle and a small black one.

Also on closer inspection of my online invoice have stated the milage as 39951 when in fact it is 59951 which will probably give me problems for any guarantee work should it arise.

This was possibly the most organised and polite tyre shop I have ever been to. Professional from the moment I was stepped in. They organised a time slot. We're available to deal with me when I turned up. They actually pumped the tyre to the correct pressure and made sure the rest of the tyres were all correct also. The premises were clea and tidy. No complaints.

Selected my tyres online. Booked a fitting appointment that suited me. Paid for the tyres online. Received emailed confirmation & a reminder prior to my appointment. On arrival the staff were very helpful as I'd chosen the wrong size tyres. They helped me correct my mistake and booked me back in for a later date as I was going on holiday. I arrived for 'take two' and the tyres were fitted professionally. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout both visits. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit Rochdale to anyone wishing to be felt with politely and professionally from start to finish.

Completely disappointed, unnecessary works have been listed on MOT result, after doing another MOT test at independent garage, 1 of 8 listed works have been done and passed.
Totally unprofessional works and trying gain more profit from customers even unnecessary.

Staff were polite and completed repair as quickly as possible subject to delivery of parts. As a 63 man with health issues I was treated with respect and informed of all issues which may have obtained from the repair. Staff are a credit to your company.
