I can't fault the service I recieved today. I called to ask if they had any space to fit me in for a slow puncture or if I should try another day. I was told to come in an hour later. The staff were friendly and effluent. All tyres were checked and I was advised it was a puncture that could be repaired and only cost £32. The whole thing took about 40 minutes and that's only because they were busy working on other jobs. I was continuously updated whilst I waited without needing to ask. I would definitely recommend the branch to others and will be returning should I have any issues in the future.

Dom the assistant manager went over and beyond to support my wife and son helping with our puncture. As you can Imagine any vehicle breakdown is a major inconvenience . He is a credit to Kwik fit since a change of management. I will always visit this branch just for the great service . Thank you dom and team

The management staff are sooo rude!!
Refused my car after they made me keep moving my car wiv a flat tyre !
They are now taking a hour and a half to change a wheel!!
A hour and a half wtf! Ive never felt sooo abused!!
1 and a half hours to change one tyre?
The man on reception was the rudest ive ever meet!! I took my car basildon and had to have 4 nee tryres and that had to be reset and the men here were quick and professional and efficient!!

Very polite and efficient service today . Booked car in for tyre checks as warning light came on. Appointment time was kept, quick feedback hiven and issue sorted out. Been here a few times and can't say anything negative.

Just wasted my time they accept the booking for van to do tyre alignment on the day when I went to get van fixed they said they don't do van, but they accept the booking, they need to get there system right rather than wasting time. Not satisfy

Very very bad maneger was very rude I am a wheelchair user I asked him how long will it take because I have a problem with seten for long he just lost it very scery you asked me too time it would be dan when Dan I was like I have a presher problem I can't set for morthan one hour I was talking with a lady who told me she was there for too hour I told her I can't set for too hour he thought I was moaning but I was just talking to lady in the waiting room he told me I lost me dad yesterday in the shauting way I told him god bless he's suled I will never advise anyone to go to that place very rude maneger no mana no respect not personally l can't believe he's a maneger in the place like that not a costumer service at all

I was visiting Romford today and suddenly my warning light came on for my tyre. The pressure was low and as I drove pass Kwik Fit, I was wondering if they could help.
As I parked my car, a young man asked if he could help. I said the pressure on one of tyre is low and if he mind helping me sort it out. He did it without asking and was very polite when he returned my keys. I believe his name was Dilan, so thank you Dilan for your kind help. There was no charge but a free service with a lovely smile.
