I am pretty disappointed with the customer service I received today. Upon entering the branch with an immediate tyre pressure warning light illuminated on my dashboard, I was abruptly informed that they were fully booked and unable to assist.
Despite explaining my concern regarding the potential safety hazard and request of a visual inspection, the team member showed no interest, even just to take a look, and offered no solutions beyond booking an appointment for the following day. This lack of concern for customer safety is poor at best.
In contrast the Kwik Fit branch in Stafford offered assistance when contacted via a call regarding the same issue saying ' we never say no to helping out'. 1hour later the nail in the the tyre removed and repaired.
This inconsistency in customer service across branches is suprising.
Kwik Fit need to review their customer service and processes of looking after people to prevent any injuries, particularly regarding potentially serious or dangerous safety concerns. I'm mechanically minded and a simple visual inspection of a tyre on a ramp or jack takes minimal time and could prevent a serious incident.
I won't be using this branch again. Simply unhelpful and lazy, you have a duty of care to give someone due diligence no matter how busy your day. You didn't even offer a suggestion of who locally could possibly help me if you couldn't find the time to even jack a car up.

Had a puncture earlier in the year and Kwik Fit failed to give my locking wheel nut key back which I only found out after a second puncture. I went in to have a male ask to search my car in case it was in there- would he have asked a bloke the same question? Of course I had checked my car. They ordered me another set. I booked an appointment to have that set put on because time is precious to me. I got into the branch to be told by the same bloke that they were two staff down and I would have to wait. This is ok, I get that things go wrong, but the tone this bloke took telling me " it's not my fault they rang in sick". Is it mine? In fact us this whole scenario my fault. You have now lost my business.

Can't praise rugeley kwikfit enough 👌
Used them many times over the past four years and always have a good experience. I've been in with a puncture which was repaired for free! And most recently visited to get the tread on my tyres looked at. Although the worker had another two jobs in, he was out within minutes to check them for me and advised that they were all okay. They never try to push a sale on you! Definitely recommend

The manager is brilliant.Nothing is too much trouble even when he is super busy.He is approachable, trustworthy and reliable. I only come here for any issues with my car because of the customer service alone that's provided by this man. I know he will fix whatever is wrong and I will be charged appropriately.Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Jordan and Tyler. Needed to visit after a pot hole ripped and damaged front alloy. They were informative through the process, and the service they provided was just simply the best . Kwik fit are very lucky to have then top top service 👏 .

The guy that served me was very polite and helpful. Managed to get me in for the next day. Work was completed in a timely fashion and again, very polite and helpful staff member when I collected my car. Would use again.

Paid around £800 for 4 new tyres and they damaged my wheels with their tyre levers. Seriously clumsy. If you value your car avoid. I thought paying extra to use Kwik Fit would be better than a back street tyre fitter. I was very very wrong. My calls were cut off and complaints to HO ignored. Find a fitter who care about your hard earned vehicle. Photos might look minor but these are diamond cut alloys and will now corrode within weeks needing £200 plus refurbs. No doubt you’ll see the predicted response saying the issue is solved or providing the email address that ignored me. I can’t respond to their response. I’m now thousands of pounds out of pocket and will take up with the vehicle ombudsman.

Very helpful in getting me back on the road when I had a nail in my tyre quickly so I could get to an important appointment down the motorway in another town. Friendly and professional staff too.
