I visited a couple of weeks ago with a puncture . I asked if they could fix it and they wanted me to call the next day even though the place was empty . I asked why they couldn't do it now and eventually they relented. It wasn't cheap either £30 a go . I ended up buying a new one instead for £145 . I wanted an all season one but they didn't stock them , which in January you would expect them to with the icy road conditions . Overall , I found the place unwelcoming , unprofessional and expensive . I wouldn't use it again .

Visited KwikFit, on Mersey Rd, in Runcorn, with my elderly father, to replace a flat tire. Josh was great with him; he was knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to my dad.

My visit was last min, they fit me in, what lovely people, I dealt with a guy called Josh, he sorted my tyres in just under an hour, valves were leaking on both, great service very friendly people his colleague Ant was just as pleasant i will be returning in the future, thank you guys

Everyone was lovely and helpful. I called the afternoon before and they told me to bring my car in the next morning and they fixed it. I'm very happy. A massive weight off my mind.
I know nothing about cars so when I prattle on about what might be wrong they listen and ask the questions to get me to the issues and I don't feel judged or ridiculed. I feel understood and I appreciate the patience and sincerity these guys have for me when I come 🙂
