Booked to have a tyre changed. Got a call to say tyre was fine but the rim/seal needed refurbishing. Had to leave the car got a text to say work had commenced, got a call to say works complete. Had to pay an addional amount and the refund for the tyre was back in my account in 3 Days! Great experience.

Tyres on my mini gave out about 2 days before we were due a fitting in a different city, leaving us unable to get there. These guys fitted us in last second and put 4x new tyres on next day. They also unprompted did a price check and gave us 20% off the quoted price. Genuinely thrilled that they did that.

Very pleased, will remember this next time I have a need for new tyres.

I took my car for a puncture repair on Saturday morning as my normal tyre repair place was full.
They said the tyre was not repairable and said I needed a new one.
I took the car away and brought it to my favourite place on the spot tyres on Monday morning and they repaired it straight away. The tiny puncture was within the British standards allowable margin of repair which is 75% of the width of the tread.
The person at Kwik-Fit said they couldn't repair it because it was outside the repairable area specified by British standards.
I measured the distance of the puncture from the centre line myself and it was comfortably within the 75% area, on the spot tires also agreed.
Make of that what you will.
