Dan the manager couldn't have been more informative including the team with any questions I had, they're friendly and extremely helpful and calmed me down multiple times when It come to my car and certain issues it had which frankly made me worry more than the normal person, I have stated in detail how great the team where in my original submitted form I sent the other day. (This is what I submitted)

The employee called Dan has gone above and beyond with helping me out on pricing, understanding my car better when it comes to aligning my wheels and which wheels to choose for my car, his customer service skills are bang on, he treats every customer the same from what I've witnessed and he's extremely respectful, he doesn't talk down to you or make you feel incompetent because you don't know something about your car, he's scratched my back twice and I feel obliged to give him this compliment, he works damn hard and he should make you feel proud he works for you, he's an attribute to the team, I will be coming back to this place for future products for my car!

They replaced the front breaks and pads perfectly but the parts should of been here the day before. They did not arrive until very late morning, bad suppliers on delivery. Everyone working here were great and appoligised for the waiting time.

A great friendly service.
My family and I had an issue with our car whilst we were staying in the area. Slight panic, as it was Sunday morning and we had a long journey home.
Kwik Fit had been recommended to us and they certainly didn’t disappoint.
The two guys working this morning were absolutely brilliant.They resolved the issue promptly, gave us lots of advice in connection with the problem and got us back on the road to continue our journey home.

Always had bad experiences with Kwik Fit however your branch has restored faith. Needed 3 new tyres urgently as was due to go away for a short break (noticed they were more worn then I thought when checking my car over for the trip - I certainly didn’t want to drive to Scarborough from Skeg on them, still legal but that’s not the point) and your branch sorted everything so I could drive away happy. Everywhere else in Skeg couldn’t help me until the next day so it would have cut my holiday short but you guys came out on top. Great service and highly recommended.
