The guys in the branch are absolutely brilliant. Really polite and helpful, and what's more, the service on the vehicle itself was fantastic. They were super-quick in getting it done and informed us of the work needed as it progressed with complete transparency. We're really impressed with everything and everyone at this branch, thank you! (And having seen a negative review about the waiting room, I have absolutely no idea what that's about - it's a lovely, clean, modern space!)

They told me it ll be one hour, I came back and ended up waiting for another hour. There is nothing for customers except chairs there so waiting in their office is extremely uncomfortable. Addition to my review: I ve seen kwik-fit customer service asked me to fill an online form. The link they provide doesn’t work 🤦🏻‍♂️

The Blokes at Hatfield Road, Kwik Fit went out of their way to get my Car through its mot. Car had not been driven for a while, so we had to jump start it to get it there & it did not start when they went to put it on the ramp. They said they could get a new battery put on in the Afternoon but we needed the Car before then, they managed to jump start it & done mot for me & also changed the Battery, all in the same time as mot. So very Happy Customer.

Brough my car in for a free break check have ended up needed to replace the master cylinder and servo after having the health check come back saying everything was fine and pay £1100 before the specialist got brought in so god knows what it could have been after i wont be coming back and i should have listened to everyone who sayed not to go

Had a great experience here, went in to get the camber sorted, and then my wheel alignment done. The supervisor onsite named Mark, is very friendly and helpful. All together, it's a great place, lovely workers and good vibes! I recommend it! 👌🏻
