We got a puncture just before the crossing. Made our way here and the guys were gold - sorted the new tyre for our van quickly, super friendly and were happy for us to sit and wait with our dogs. Highly recommend. Thanks!

The MOT inspector ( your top tech) said I only needed brake pads, but lo and behold the fitter said I needed disks and brake pads clearly to drive up revenue. I debated with him that the inspector had a different opinion and he point blankly refused to only change pads. It’s no wonder that you give a life time warranty on pads when every time you want them changed you get hit with an extra £200.00 bill. To be honest it’s extremely disappointing and Contemptuous but also frustrating not to mention other customers overheard the conversation and were utterly disgusted.
Not only that I sat in the waiting room freezing because the man at the desk left the door open to the fitting bays when I quizzed him he basically said it was a pain keep opening and closing the door, I decided to remain quiet as I didn’t want to be rude….

Chris is an absolute angel. After mistakenly ordering the wrong tyres online (me, not them!), Chris went absolutely above and beyond to get the right tyres with no fuss, preventing me from risking a 200 miles trip home on a tyre at risk of blowout. I got an appointment via the internet on Saturday, 9 November and was hopping to do a wheel alignment. It took 30 min to get there.
The manager was amused, seeing me as he didn't know how I could manage to get the appointment. He had not enough staff in the workshop to carry out the job. It was absolutely wasting of my time. If you can't properly arrange appointments by the internet, just delete this option .

I gave them a tricky challenge (a damaged wheel as well as a burst tyre on a Sunday morning). On top of that I had a plane to catch later in the day, and at that point was far very from home. They kept trying to find a fix when I think others would have shrugged and given up. They really went above and beyond to get me back on the road and ensured my day didn't turn into a total disaster. Proper five-star service.
