A few days ago we purchased tires with fitting services from Kwik Fit and booked an appointment for today (Sunday) at 10:30 AM. Our experience was shocking and deeply disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service.

We arrived around 10 minutes early and informed the staff at the reception about our appointment. However, the person at the desk greeted us with a rude and unpleasant tone, stating repeatedly that he didn’t even know if they had the tires we ordered. When I asked him to check, he continued speaking to us in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, claiming that they don't keep such tires on-site.

Eventually, he went to check and returned to inform us that they only had one tire in the garage and had not received the delivery of the tires we had purchased. They are not even in stock. He added that there was nothing they could do for us today.

What’s most frustrating is that despite having all our details, including our appointment time and contact information in their system, no one bothered to notify us in advance, which could have saved us a wasted trip to the workshop.

We are extremely dissatisfied with this appalling lack of professionalism and customer care.

We have requested a full refund, as we have no intention of dealing with such disrespectful and incompetent service again.
However, we must acknowledge the amazing service provided by the head office, who handled our complaint efficiently and professionally.

Great service from the guys here, I was given an appointment time, and they were ready, 2 issues I had were nail in one trye and slow puncture in another, both fixed within 40 minutes. Excellent all round. Will definitely use these again.

Great service, great price. Appointment booked in less than 24 hours in advance, 3 brand new tyres fitted to my car in less than an hour. Staff friendly and approachable and seen to as soon as I arrived. Clear communication via text and email from start to finish. Very happy overall with the service

Needed my battery replaced and Scott was able to sort me out the same day! Called loads of Kwik fits in south Manchester and he was the only one who picked up the phone, would 10/10 recommend him and his team were very quick

Had some excellent customer service received by the team for an issue I had with my tyre. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Informed me of the issue, estimated time for completion and then called me when my car was ready. Overall really great experience.

Had to come here today to have four brand new tyres fitted before the Mot. We agreed on a price and four Bridgestone tyres were fitted. I would just like to thank Ian and the staff for a great job and I will definitely be coming back.

5☆ service. Kwik fit were able to sort my puncture straight away even though I drove in near closing on Friday. Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful, efficient & accommodating.
It was a hot day & my son & I were even treated to an ice cream by one of the mechanics! You don't get much better than that!
We left with a fixed tyre, at a very reasonable cost and confidencein a great service.
Thank you Kwik Fit. Very impressed.

Don’t trust this company. Went in for a full service and staff tried to tell me both my front and rear discs and pads needed to be changed ASAP.
My uncle is an experienced mechanic and I always take my BMW car to him but needed the MOT done in a short time frame which is why I booked with Kwik Fit.
I then booked the supposed work with my uncle 3 hours away and today when he’s looked at my car said the brake pads are only 20-25% worn and absolutely do not need changed.
I feel Kwit Fit have tried to scam me which is shocking! I will not trust them ever again! Disgusting!
