The service went as well as I expected and smoothly. However, went I got into my car the matt and door was covered in a dark rusty boot marks. Whoever serviced my car should be more attentive and ensure they don't leave evidence of themselves in the cars.

£32 for a puncture repair and you can get it for £25 at most other places. When i raised a question about the price he was rude and told me I could take it or leave it (while the wheel was already off). Then the fitter tried to tell me it couldn't be repaired and that I would need a new tyre. He then tried to tell me I had run it flat even though I have tyre pressure sensors and it never went below 26 psi. When I question it with someone more senior he measured it and said it could be repaired Only good thing was the decent waiting area. Won't be going back

Terrible service—avoid at all costs!

I had an MOT booked and was running just 10 minutes late. I called ahead, but no one picked up. When I arrived, the staff member was rude and completely inattentive. He told me I was late and needed to rebook. When I explained that I had called and even showed my call log as proof, he still refused to accommodate me.

No professionalism, no flexibility—just bad customer service. I had to take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend!”

Went for a new set of tyres. Probably won’t be going back. They almost seriously damaged my car when lifting it because they didn’t bother to find correct jacking points, if I hadn’t stoped them they would’ve broken my side skirts off. When I cleaned my car later that week I noticed they also damaged my callipers when removing/fitting wheels…. I wouldn’t go here if you have a modified/nice car that needs to be treated with a bit of care.

Coming back from holiday on a Sunday afternoon with a fully laden car - the tyre pressure warnings went off. Pulled into the Sunbury Kwikfit in the hope they could help. They fitted me in within 1/2 hour and duly checked everything for me and and fully re-assured all was fine. Great team, very efficient and polite and made my young family feel safe and looked after. Thanks guys.

I was here on Sunday, a few days ago. I experienced issues with my car (like a tire puncture feeling), so I came here to get a road-safety check, to avoid any accidents, problems on road. And, the only reason I gave two stars is, because I had the chance to immediately go there for performing this quick check! But I was Shocked later! They said, no problem with my tires (they are perfectly fine), so I went home (ok, there is an issue with my car, but at least no tires and maybe it is not so dangerous to drive to the garage on the next day), but: in the evening, I accidentally noticed a huge!!! nail in one of my tire! Shame! How is this possible? The car was lifted up, and they are not able to notice that?! Unbelievable!!!
