Terrible. Booked my Golf in to have the rear brake discs and pads changed, told the guy on the phone exactly the problem, what model car it was, number plate etc. This was a week ago, fast forward to today to actually get it sorted, just for them to tell me they cannot do it because it has an electronic handbrake and they aren’t qualified!! Not only did I travel half an hour to get there and back, they also said that they have been thinking about whether they can do it or not because they didn’t know about the handbrake, a phone call might’ve been good!!

Completely wasted my time won’t be going back.

Another excellent service from Kwikfit, Taunton! Car booked in for MOT mid afternoon. Failed due to brake pads, Kevin (Assistant Manager) assured me it could be done by next day as I'd explained I'm a Carer and need my car! Rang me at 5pm same day to say it was all done! Really can't fault these guys. Customer service is excellent and prices are fair. I won't hesitate to go back whilst John and Kevin are running the place.

John and the team at Kwik Fit absolutely saved me!! I phoned not long after 8am on a Saturday to explain I'd be turning up via The AA with a very flat tyre, thanks to a rogue pot hole. John explained they were fully booked and likely wouldn't be able to get to it before the end of the weekend, which was no problem at all: I didn't have a booking! He came out & dealt with the guy from The AA for me and also checked the alloy carefully, reassuring me it wasn't damaged at all. He phoned me at 11am to say I'd been squeezed in and the car was ready for collection! Absolutely platinum level service; I was beyond grateful. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Taunton for tyres!

A little disappointed. Reception seemed very stand offish and not overly helpful. Being a young girl taking her car for an MOT by herself for the first time she felt a little helpless and they weren’t very supportive.

I needed a tyre changed asap after a puncture from the night before. Even though they were fully booked on a Sunday, the centre manager John still offered to help me out. They had it changed in no time and saved me a lot of stress.
