I have used Kwik Fit in Filton for many years as a motorbility driver, always top service. I recommended them to my daughter when she started to drive but she has not had the same service at the Kwik fit in Thornbury. My daughter’s last two visits she complained of her suspension squeaking going over bumps. The first time, she was told it was most likely due to cold weather and was common. The second time she went back after this issue had worsened, she was told by two of the staff they could hear the noise but couldn’t see where it could be coming from after putting it on the suspension ramp so not to worry about it, and that their cars had similar noises…She was left feeling a bit silly but I have heard the noise myself which was very loud and I knew as a more experienced driver was not normal…I encouraged my daughter to go to another garage and she was told her suspension mounts needed replacing. I am really cross my daughter has had this experience and was fobbed off after raising the concern twice. As a young female driver, it has knocked her confidence in going to garages and could have potentially left her with a dangerous car had I not advised her to go elsewhere!

Supposed to have a battery fitted to my car as the current one is EoL, called at midday to confirm the requested product is in stock and was told it’s here and ready to be fitted.

I arrived here at the previously agreed time only to be told it wasn’t there and would be another few days.

Miscommunication led to wasted time.

Fantastic customer service at Kwik Fit Thornbury today. I had an issue with my the undertray on my van as I was driving in Thornbury today, it had half come off and was crumpled up under the van and scraping along the floor, stopping me from being able to drive home so I was a bit stuck! I was near Quik Fit so went in on the off chance they might be able to help. They were amazing, got the van up in the lift straight away and managed to remove it for me so I could get home. They were so friendly, helpful and professional and really saved my day, so thank you to the lovely guys at Kwik Fit today!

After being turned away from Cam Kwikfit. headed to Thornbury kwikfit with a flat tyre the team and especially the manager at Thornbury pulled out all the stops although being clearly stacked out with work they repaired my puncture and had me back on the road in less than an hour much to the delight of my 9 year old son.
