Thought I had a slow puncture and it transpired it was a cracked rim. They gave me the name of a local welder. Quick, efficient service, providing information and recommendations. The only issue I have is not with the team in Weybridge. It's with the booking system hence 4 stars. You cannot just book an appointment on line for an assessment. You have to buy tyres. Maybe I did not navigate the booking system correctly.

Booked in online for same day fitting of a full set of tyres. Customer support quickly helped with technical issue relating to online payment. Arriving at the centre they knew exactly what I was there for without me saying anything, and I was on my way in just over 30 minutes.

Michael and the team are simply brilliant.

Due to the poor roads locally, I have become a regular ( potholes etc). Nice people, very helpful- Kwik fit weybridge has the feel of a local garage in the old days - friendly nice people and are quick and efficient.

I got a flat battery the evening before. I was able to order online but the first slot was for 5 days time. Phoned up first thing and Aaron sorted it there and then. Fitted a slightly different battery and got £30 back 🙂

Little Pat did everything to make me go home happy . He fixed all my van problems. Top class! Top man! The manager, I believe his name is Mike, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Top guys! Highly recommend them!

Having had 5 tyres fitted and a 4 wheel alignment done at another garage on Monday I noticed the steering wheel was no longer in line. I wouldn't go back to that garage as the tyre fitter was aggressive to me.
So, I booked to come to Kwik Fit and they were amazing, they were absolutely shocked at how far out the 4 wheel alignment was, all the wheel balancing was out and even tyre pressures incorrect.
The staff at Kwik fit fixed absolutely everything for me and they were all absolutely amazing and kind.
This is a gold star service and all other garages should be envious.
I cannot recommend them enough.

I was able to schedule visit to a time that suited me. All the options was offered with fair explanations.
The staff members I met were helpful and friendly. When a problem arose I was 'phoned and asked for permission to proceed.
Cost was fair (although scary).
Michael went out of his way to make sure I was happy and offered follow-up visit if I have any snags.
