The guys were really helpful, ive been to 3 different kwikfits depots with different problems and I must say all 3 have been amazing and solved them , the last one even cleaned and released my brake calipers , they could of said I needed new ones but they saved me money by cleaning them . Thanks guys for fitting us in even though you were busy .

Good service and friendly staff, but taking the mickey on a couple of items regarding price left a bitter taste. £127 charged for a set of rear brake pads when these are available for £55.99 online. Daylight robbery. The other items I felt were fairly priced: I know there’s the cost to fit etc but think this should be itemised in a different way. The vast majority of customers these days are tech savvy and will compare costs before or after. As a Customer Experience professional, I’m focused on being fair to encourage loyalty. I just think this approach of Kwik Fit’s let down a good depot experience, meaning I’d think twice before coming back. A shame really as overall really happy with the work done and the advice given by the depot staff. At the end of the day, I guess they just quote based on head office pricing. If not then that’s a separate issue which needs looking in to. Would use again, but will make sure I do my homework on costing before hand. Would have scored higher if the brake paces weren’t almost triple the price you can get them online

Had a flat tyre unexpectedly this morning near to the garage. The two men working were more than happy to help. Got the car drivable and was taken to the garage where the tyre was fixed and the rest of the car checked. Can’t recommend them enough and really thankful for them helping me today.

I had a tyre to be changed and was told it would take a few hours, only to be phoned after 45 mins (maybe less) and the tyre was changed. They did a great job too. Will recommend if you, like me. Had an emergency tyre to be changed immediately. Very helpful staffs.

I called round on Sunday afternoon with a puncture but they was to busy to look at it. Was asked to bring it back at 10.30 Monday morning. But when I went back they was still to busy to look at it. They said leave it with us. In other words we can’t supply you with a first class service. Total unprofessional attitude towards customer. Don’t have a clue about customer service. Last time I’ll go to this place for any work to be done on my car. Told all my family and friends on social media not to go here in the future. Looking at some of the other reviews, can’t believe some of the nice comments made. They look like they was all stage managed to it look like a first class service centre.

So disappointed with this branch of Kwik fit, I 'limped' there from the motorway with a slow puncture and asked for help on a Sunday morning, despite there being 2 fitters there and only one customer present I was very sternly told they were too busy and I would have to leave it with them, without even stepping outside to look at me vehicle. Fair enough if they were busy, I explained we were on our way to Blackpool and had to be there for 12.00pm, but the manager there was clearly not interested nor did he show any humility at all for a fellow human in need of help. I have used Kwik fit branches up and down the country with my work, the consequence of this managers very rude and unhelpful attitude will mean that Kwik fit will now be my last choice for any work on my vehicles. He could learn a lesson from Jack at Formula 1 tyre centre just around the corner, they too couldn't help me there and then but this was explained in a way more caring and professional manner.
