Because I noticed severe wear on the tire's outer edge, I spent £70 here for a four-wheel alignment. However, it did not solve any problems. After the staff completed the four-wheel alignment, I drove for about 15 minutes and noticed that the steering wheel was not straight. I then went back to find the staff, who helped me do it again. This time, the steering wheel was straight, but while driving, the car was running to the left ，and this time they didn't even give me paper data. I feel the car's handling is worse than before I came here for the four-wheel alignment. This place is really doing a shoddy job and it's not worth the money to come here for repairs.

Exceptional Service!
Walked in on Christmas Eve, nail in tyre. They said they could fit me in straight away. They were done 30 mins later. Great staff, friendly and overall a great service received! Thank you!

When I checked the tyres, the valves had not been changed, when I went back in to ask why, the Technician replied saying, yes mate we have run out of valves. I responded by saying that may well be the case but I have paid £13.30 for the valves, what you should have done was inform me that you had run out and reimbursed my valve money, instead you have put new caps on hoping that I would not notice.

We called the garage at 8.30am requesting 2 new tyres fitting, the staff were able to book us in at 11am. On arrival Matty Stephenson was helpful & polite, started on the job straight away, all done within 35 minutes. We are really impressed with the customer service & efficiency. Many Thanks 🙂

Tyrone, the fitter was very helpful and professional. The manager sorted out a good deal for me and got my tyres replaced done at short notice. Much better than my local branch at Foss island.
