I do not recommend this place. I had broken my screen and I had decided to come to kwik fix. I had gave them my phone they say it will cost 110£ to fix the screen I come back maybe a week and a half later he says it's 120£. A screen shouldn't go up in price there isn't rates on them . Anyways I had exchanged the screen fot the 120£ and an hour late came back gpt the phone and there was glue all over the cover. And when I turned on the phone the button was being awkward and sometimes unresponsive thought the afternoon i come back the next Day and speak to the guy saying what happened with my button he says wait a complete days and should be fixed. So I come back a week later and tell the guy the button is fully unresponive and he doesn't have that specific part. And I was informed it will cost me 50 pounds to Exchange it. Today 11 January i was informed I am lying and they didn't give me a screen with a build in button that is broken. I am going to say this once again do bot recommend coming to these guys only cost me trouble!!

AVOID THIS SHOP!! Definitely would not recommend, I paid £200 to get my Google pixel 7pro screen fixed, when it was done my fingerprint no longer worked, and was told it would cost more to fix that issue, even though it wasn't an issue to begin with, then a week later I then get a black pixelated dot on my screen, which then turned into a full line down my screen, I went back to the shop to be told I had dropped my phone, when I hadn't, and told it was fine when they gave me it, but surely a screen should last more then a week when I have paid so much to have it fixed. told me I must leave my phone and the manager will look at it, when I went back a couple of hours later I was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday, refused to fix or refund or accept any kind of responsibility, surely the screen and/or work should come with a fix or refund guarantee of more then a week. absolutely fuming.
