James is a knowledgeable, friendly and honest mechanic.

Came out within 2 days to replace my alternator on my Fiat Doblo van. Checked a number of different things to fully diagnose it and also found other lose wires and connections on the van. He doesn't change parts (or charge you) for the sake of it, brilliant experience with him and I'll definitely be back. Reasonable pricing too (£300 cheaper than click mechanic).

James was brilliant - I had pulled over as my car was warning my boot was open which turned out to be a jacket jammed in the boot latch. Luckily enough, James was at the same fuel station, saw me struggling and offered to help! He managed to get my boot open and free the jacket relatively quickly after having to remove the trim 🙂
Not everyone would have stopped to help and not many people would have believed I had a stranger happy to crawl into my boot…even my dog was surprised! Would definitely recommend 🙂

He knows his stuff and used the best parts and had all the tools. I appreciated him working right through until 8pm to complete the repair so that i could use the car the following day.

I want to say a big thank you to kwik Tech, My clutch and clutch cable had gone whilst visiting relatives. I spoke to James who was super efficient, professional, and friendly. James got the parts and fixed my car within 24hrs, I was so relieved and grateful. I had a 2hr journey home, and she drove like a dream. After a frustrating national breakdown service called after 4 hours wait and then never even lifted the bonnet and resolved not able to fix car - I called Kwik tech.

James responded within 10 minutes of call and we scheduled a response.

James was on time and articulate and proceeded with diagnosing the fault.

He was thorough and cleared the fault and had the car back in service within 30mins.

He identified my issue straightaway, got a good price on a replacement part, showed me all the codes and never hid anything so I knew exactly what was going on and also checked other parts of the engine that could be related to the fault and gave me his honest opinion on the situation with no pressure to fix anything else.
