I visited this shop today as I was experiencing problems with my mobile phone. I was served by a gentleman who couldn't have been more helpful. He sold me a new phone and as I am a technophobe he transferred and reprogrammed my new phone. He was absolutely brilliant. I have never experienced customer service like this ever before. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Amazing customer service and excellent value for money. I can't thank him enough.

My phone had got wet and the screen was no longer working. Zed dried out the phone, persevered to get a new screen working and he charged me less than his original quote. I'm more than happy with the service 😊 Much cheaper than buying a new phone. Thanks Zed!!

Fantastic service. Zed fixed the screen on my daughter's i phone 6 plus and repaired damaged parts. Very reasonably priced too. She feels almost like she has a brand new phone. Can't recommend enough.

Fair play to the guy, he does fix the problem with your phone you come in with but, the two times I have been, I have left the shop with other problems. First time i needed a new screen on my iPhone. Done within an hour but when i collected it, I could only make/receive calls thru using the speaker phone. Second time I needed a new battery, when i collected it, battery had been changed but only my outward looking camera was able to take photos not the screen side one! Dunno if this has anything to do with me not having a local accent and they thought i was a passer by but i live here....

I Went in to get a repair on my phone after I smashed my screen. I handed it in on the Tuesday afternoon and had it back by Thursday morning. The price was reasonable and cheaper than the other quotes I got and the guy was quite friendly. A good service, I'm very happy.

I’ve used Lancashire Computer Services on several occasions when my children have dropped their IPhones and smashed the glass screens. I shopped around for the best possible price and LCS was the best price given. The service was very friendly and professional. The repairs are of excellent quality and fast turnaround having the phones back the same day hence why i have used them on several occasions. I would definitely recomend using LCS...Honest Professional Service!!

Had to wait 4 days for phone to be repaired, when it was only stated it would be one hour. To a certain point phone screen is repaired but now more issues with it. Price wasn't overly priced but a good temporary fix.
