Excellent service. Booked my appointment the day before. Would like to big up my technician Kymarni. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently within the hour. The email I received before hand stated the phone would have to get wiped. Spoke to him before hand to see if he could replace the screen without having to wipe it and he managed to do that and all the diagnostics and still save all my data. He put new batteries and I could swear even new casing as the dents I had on the hinge seem to have disappeared 👀👀👀. Can't fault the service at all... Worth every penny for efficiency and convenience.

SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM.
Cancelled on me on my original booking then came following week I booked 2 days off work then they got here and said they can't fix it because Z fold 4 doesn't open fully flat.
I only wanted exterior phone screen they tried to say I need to fix the interior screen aswell in order to fix the exterior wanted another £500 on top. Nothing wrong with interior screen at all
They didn't complete the job I prepaid for and still charged me £59 on top for call our fee and refused to refund full amount.

I don't normally spend time writing reviews... However, I was scheduled to get a repair from likewise 1.58-2.58pm, but the engineer didn't turn up until after 3pm. He then said he will be 45mins to an hour which is fine. However, after 75 minutes he didn't turn up so I went to his van to see what was taking so long. He failed to test my phone correctly with different sim cards and other phones, and along with arriving late and taking up more of my time, I decided to request a refund. Samsung was unable to request a refund and told me to contact likewise. Likewise were able to offer me a 5% compensation fee which equated to £1 from £19.95 original cost. I laughed at that moment and declined as this offer as I thought they must be desperate for money if they can't offer decent customer service for their mistakes! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for phone repairs!

Booked through Samsung Repair for a doorstep repair job. Gave me a time window the day before, engineer turned up on time, was very pleasant and had phone screen repaired in under an hour. Couldn't fault the service really, considering the alternative was to send it off to Samsung for 2 weeks and other independent repairers couldn't match the price.

Adam who fixed the phone for us was amazing, he gave a courtesy call before arriving even though I already had an hour window for him to arrive.

Was lovely and approachable and no question went unanswered! Very efficient and reassuring!

My worry was I would loose my photos but he reassured me that it’s not often he has to wipe a phone. The phone came back looking new with nothing lost!

Can’t recommend enough! Will definitely be using again!

Waiting for one month and am still waiting to get my phone repaired. Incredibly they gave four appointments and asked me to stay at home waiting only resulting in their cancellation of the three appointments last minutes. I took three days off work and am waiting for next Monday`s fourth appointment to see whether they turn up this time. It gives Samsung a bad name. On 2nd Dec, I edited my review to add another 3 stars from 1 only because the technician Andre turned up and was doing such a marvelous job and was so polite. I can`t give a compay one star while they have such a competent technician in their team.

They did a warranty repair on my Samsung phone. Booking through Samsung was easy and the work carried out in front of my house quickly.

Had taken time off work to be available for the doorstep repair. 2 days before the appointment it got postponed for 2 weeks due to a "parts delay". 2 weeks later the repair was postponed again, for the same reason, this time within 24hrs of the appointment, leading to more annual leave wasted. Sent a disgruntled email about the poor service, to which I received no reply. Thankfully, the issue with my phone rectified itself so after seeing the poor reviews on here I cancelled my appointment.
