After a BIOS upgrade on my nitro gaming laptop, the motherboard malfunctioned, necessitating disassembly and repair. This process was quite cumbersome, possibly involving the use of a programmer to reconfigure the BIOS information. Given the urgency due to work requirements, I diligently explored numerous repair shops from April 5th to April 6th.

It's not an overstatement to say that some of these shops lacked the capability to address the issue promptly. Their responses were consistently vague, suggesting a wait of two to three days without providing clear explanations or estimates regarding the repair process, duration, or cost. Such uncertainty left me apprehensive about entrusting my device to them, fearing potential damage or dishonest practices.

Thankfully, after exploring multiple repair shops, I stumbled upon this gem. The shop's location, though not on a commercial street, contributes to its affordability, making their prices very reasonable. The owner accurately diagnosed the issue in succinct terms, openly discussed the diagnostic and repair procedures, estimated costs and repair duration, all without sending me home to wait. Within just two hours, they managed to fix my laptop without lost any of my data, including BIOS passwords.
