Fantastic team who I bought my bmw 1 series from over 3 months ago. Darren was a blast from greeting us outside to even sorting out petty little things I found with the car with no hassle, Im paying for monthly plan which is a big stress off my shoulder if anything goes wrong in the future !

Great experience trading my car here, fair price, honest, friendly and accepted all my requests on the new vehicle, they even replaced something I didn't ask them too. Great service. - They ALSO REALLY helped me out with a repair on a car I got from another garage, they got me in the next day repaired it and had me on my way AND the cost was shockingly reasonable for such a big garage! Darren sold us our used Vauxhall Vectra, and Mark and his team look after our MOT, annual service, repair and/or maintenance work. They always promptly schedule any planned work that we ask for, are usually happy to collect and return the car from our house and even offer us a courtesy car whenever works are expected to take more than a day. On more than one occasion they have been happy to attend to the car on an unscheduled visit. I especially like how Mark will always very clearly explain the details, options and cost implications on any job. Seven years later, we are still happy with the car and the service we have received from Lodge Hill Garage, and from Mark and his team at the repair shop.
