Our project involved installation of a new bathroom vanity and cabinet, which we had purchased.
Obtaining a quote was remarkably easy on-line and involved just describing the work and including a series of photographs. The company was very responsive and then worked with my limited time window for the installation.
Quality of workmanship was excellent; and a special shout out to Simon who was very professional and careful, and who arrived on time in spite of storm Eowyn!
All in all an excellent experience. Will definitely use your team again if the need arises.

We needed an electric vehicle charging point - Logic responded very quickly with advice & quotation. Handled all necessary approvals then fitted on time. Technician was friendly, tidy and fixed a minor fault with our distribution board. Very happy to recommend!!

AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION. The installation project overall was VERY GOOD . The team had to move main tank to another location , which after a bit of thinking/planning all was over come to every one's agreement. Which was much better overall. The SAMSUNG 8kw unit outside is very quiet when running . The quality of workmanship is very good neat and tidy and cleaning up as they moved along . The team all of them very easy to get along with . Radiators etc all put in places I preferred if it was possible to do so, with all agreeing . End of each day they moved things back in to place and always ask if things are ok for that night.

We had to get them out day after to check something and they were out in 60 minutes.

Outstanding communication (Josh was regularly responding to emails at 7am) and expert knowledge meant that we were able to move confidently forward with our project. The team advised throughout, turned up on time, never seemed to be on holiday, returned calls swiftly, and were precise (and very patient!) with their emailed advice. They were also transparent throughout about costs, which really helped us to manage our budget. A genuinely helpful, honest and friendly company 🙂

We recently had some plumbing work carried out by Logic and I wanted to say how amazingly professional, courteous, dedicated and focussed their engineer was. Further to this, his standard of work was incredible. It is a very rare thing these days to find a tradesman who is so self motivated to deliver the very best service. Throughout his time on site he was a true ambassador for Logic and made us feel that delivering high service standards and quality workmanship was his own personal mission and something he took great pride in, which of course naturally reflects well on the business as a whole. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he offered great advice, he offered options with pro's and con's, his experience and knowledge made us feel comfortable and confident that the work mattered to him. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Logic has been nothing short of a nightmare.

In June, they came to service my boiler, which was working perfectly fine at the time. However, during the service, they broke it and blamed it on the old system. They ordered a spare part for the broken component, but after three weeks of waiting, when they returned to fix it, they broke something else.

After another 3-4 weeks, they came back with yet another spare part, only to discover they had ordered the wrong one! It was unbelievable. With no heating and hot water for weeks, we eventually told them to install a new boiler.

In September, they installed the new system, but left us with a non-working boiler. They claimed we needed yet another part. Desperate after four months without heat or hot water, especially with a young child at home, we paid for the additional part.

Now, in October, we find ourselves in the same situation—the brand new boiler is not working! I am utterly flabbergasted by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this company.
