I always get BIAB. It's better for my natural nails. I asked Jason for ombre nails. He did this with eyeshadow. In case you're worried, this does last. I get my nails done every 3 weeks.
I told him I wanted floral designs & to do it the way he thinks it would look nice. & this is it!
I've had so many compliments on my nails!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They work so hard & such long hours. They're all so lovely & accommodating.

Always had great experience, great customer service. Always extremely busy because they are amazing and clearly everyone else in abbots Langley thinks so too. You don’t get that awkward atmosphere that you get in most nail shops it’s so friendly and welcoming.

Winnie is amazing, when I message and book appointments she is always so accommodating. Think I have only ever waited for about 10mins to be seen too but I do always book. Winnie is also great at recommending products too.

They done a lovely little touch at Christmas with a 10% discount on the next set.

Been using this salon for a while now, I have acrylic overlays, always come out impressed. Friendly, fast and tidy 👌🏼and so reasonably priced. Nails last well too

Avoid this place at all costs. Unhygienic and rotten. Staff member full of cold. Coughing no hand over mouth. Sniffing like a pig. When he put 1 finger on his nostril and sniffed I was nearly sick. Such nasty manners. Just no absolutely avoid

The salon is extremely dirty - there is visible mould on the walls and the desk was visibly dirty. I had an appointment for gels booked at 3pm. I arrived 10 minutes early as I needed a previous set of gels soaked off. I waited 15 minutes for this, my gels were removed and then I waited another 15 minutes before I gave up and left as the nail technician had gone over to another desk and was chatting to another technician. There is a very unwelcoming atmosphere in the salon. My nails are damaged now following the removal of my previous gels.

The worst place that I’ve been to get my nails done for the following reasons:
1) They made my fingers bleed, despite saying ouch she didn’t even acknowledge or say sorry.
2) I showed a photo of what I wanted and she didn’t listen
3) I had to shape and file them myself when I got home.
4) she didn’t compare the nail sizes on both hands so they were all different lengths
5) she was very rough and just wanted to get it over and done with
6) way overpriced
7) The shop itself is dirty
8) I called and made an appointment and they had me waiting for 30mins!

They call this place “luxury nails”? They clearly don’t know what luxury means!

I won’t be returning!

I went in today as a walk in and was seen straight away, I have been to a few nail salons and I highly recommend this one. I now have a beautiful set of infills as well as 2 nails repaired. Absolutely lovely people and will definitely be going back
