Had a logic board issue that apple quoted £600 to repair for a 2020 M1 Mac. He repaired it for £210 including a 6 month warranty. He initially used a refurbished board which had some issues, but I brought it back the next day and he ordered parts to repair the original board which was covered under warranty. Seems like an honest guy.

Amazing!! Gave both my laptops for repair as i dropped liquid on one and the other was not turning on. He explained to me in detail what he was gonna do and doesn't charge for diagnosing it. The price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend going here for repair. And i always will!

Took my iMac as it kept switching itself off - he told me on the phone it would just be down to the switch but then when he had it, he told me I needed a new flash drive which was expensive.
I had no choice so agreed to it.
I got it home and it had exactly the same issue as before!
I took it back to him and he said there was nothing wrong with it!! Then when I tried to go back to collect it - the lead had been taken out which was the genuine Apple lead. He tried to give me a really old and dirty lead that clearly wasn’t a genuine Apple one. I asked for my original one back and then he tried using a wipe on the lead! I told him that wasn’t the issue and I should get my mac returned to me with everything on it that it came in with. He then got aggressive and said it was my fault for taking the lead in!!! He wouldn’t find my original one and I had to leave with a non genuine old lead.
I spent time and money returning my pc and he did morning to rectify the issue.
I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.
Don’t use this company - they scam you.

The owner said that he would fix my MacBook ‘no problem’ but when it was returned to me the fingerprint feature was broken and now can never be fixed. Additionally, the back of the MacBook hasn’t been sealed properly and when I took it to him to fix he said I gave it to him like that. He was really condescending over the phone when I called to complain and would definitely not recommend AT ALL!

Very good experience. I gave my laptop in for repair as it was slow. In just 2 hours its sorted and faster then ever for a cheap price! I would highly recommend giving your laptop for repair here!

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this highly unprofessional individual. We have a iMac 27 inch which had slowed down considerably. The device was taken to Mac Repairs on Friday morning. The flash drive was replaced. I collected the device on Monday morning and paid the man £270.00 (including VAT) but with no VAT receipt. Work that one out!

On Thursday morning we came in to the office to find the screen had fallen off and was on the desk. Luckily it had not cracked the screen. Basically the glue had failed which holds the glass part of the screen to the device itself.

Called Mac repair man and he said he was in London so could not come in to sort out. He came in today morning, fixed the device using sellotape! Yes, sellotape! He then had his Mr Bean moment of showing me it had been repaired. I obviously took issue with him about 1) the initial "repair" 2) the repair of the repair 3) my member of staff losing a full day plus a morning whilst the screen had detached.

The response i got from him was astounding. He began shouting and being very rude in my office. Eventually i had to ask him to leave as i feared he would have become violent. I felt extremely intimidated. I would strongly advise no one to use this cowboy. He will destroy an otherwise perfect device.
