I wish I could rate 10 stars! Mark is amazingly quick and very transparent with what he did and how he did it. Just about a month ago, my Macbook couldn't switch on due to low battery and I was very worried since all my data for my studies was on it. I took it to a high reviewed laptop place in city centre and they took a week to give back my Macbook unfixed and very damaged.... Immediately after I took it to Mark and explained the problem. Let's keep in mind my Macbook was 7 years old so I was struggling a lot finding the right place. Mark assured me he will try his best and took just 1 day and managed to get all my data out of my Macbook. I am very grateful that he managed to get my data since the Macbook was really damaged by the previous laptop place. The price he charged was worth every hard work he did. I would not recommend Macbook users to go to any laptop places, just straight here!!! Especially for similar data recovery problems because other data recovery places in Cambridge are very expensive.

I had an urgent issue with my Mac laptop (7 years old) that I use for my business. After trying to factory reset it to free up storage, it wouldn’t load and was stuck in recovery mode. After six and a half hours of trying to fix it myself, I contacted Mark. He saw me within the hour and had it fixed within two hours. Mark is transparent, didn't require any passwords, explains things clearly
and is trustworthy. My Mac hasn’t worked this well and quickly for years. I highly recommend his services.

10/10 - Really great experience- had a serious problem with a macbook air (unable to boot up , get to recovery mode or boot OS of a USB- just kept cycling from start up ) . I thought was beyond help but Mark pulled it back from the brink. Really good guy with great knowledge expertise and honest advice. Much better than the not so Genius bar in town !!!

So happy with Mark's service! When my 2009 Mac finally gave up the ghost I was desperate to retrieve my data and that is what Mark managed to do although it didn't look hopeful at first. Very quick service and good price. Would definitely recommend him.

I had a problem with my MacBook Air and contacted Mark to repair it. From start to finish Mark's service was 100% excellent. Booking an appointment online was super easy and I dropped off my MacBook Air the following day. Mark took a look at it and immediately gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He sent me a text later that afternoon saying he had found the problem, was able to fix it and arranged a time to pick it up the following day. This was an incredibly quick and efficient service!

When I returned to pick up Mark took the time to clearly explain the problem to me and gave me some advice and tips on looking after my MacBook in the future.

Mark provides an excellent service, is friendly, personable, reliable and, most importantly, trustworthy. A very genuine guy.

I would recommend Mark without hesitation. I had the dreaded liquid damage to my MacBook Pro, which turned out to have created some hard-to-diagnose issues. Unsurprisingly, Apple had quoted around £1000 for a logic board swap. Despite it taking a fair bit longer than he expected, Mark stuck to his (very reasonable) quote and timescale, and was able to repair the machine and fit some replacement components. Throughout the process, he was honest, patient and efficient. He's easily accessible by train, bike and car, too, by the way. 10 stars if I could! Thanks, Mark!
