Excellent service - broken dishwasher. Called Mark at 9am, arrived by 9.30 and fixed by 10am. What more can you ask for, perfect speedy service and very reasonable on the price. Highly recommended

We are very happy with the service we received. We phoned and he replied within a day and once we had the part, arranged to fit it the next day. He arrived on time and sorted the washer/dryer. Very professional and did a good job. We will use him again and highly recommend him.

I’m shocked reading the previous negative reviews.. this bloke is great!!!
This is the second time iv had Mark come to repair my hoover tumble dryer and both times he has been punctual, polite, professional, and extremely reasonably priced.
I can’t recommended him enough - thanks Mark. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rang to get a quote and left a message. Also contacted one other place (not unreasonable?). When Mark rang back 2 days later, I said politely I’d found somewhere else - he was rude and hung up. I rang back, thinking I’d been cut off - he said rudely I’d wasted his time then hung up again.
I wouldn’t trust someone with that sort of attitude to a (very polite) contact, so why would you?

Set up an appointment for Mark to repair my dishwasher the next day - he did not turn up as agreed, did not phone. When I called to chase he said he’d lost my number and address , very poor excuse and gave me attitude- not sure how he gets any work. I agree with other reviews do not use!!

Arranged an appointment - he didn't turn up. Rang him said he couldn't park his van and so he'd just driven off. Didn't bother to ring to say he wasn't coming. Useless

Arrived to look at our dishwasher, was incredibly rude to us on our doorstep and then stormed off. Unbelievable behaviour! Agree with other posts - do not use!!

Phoned on a Saturday morning, no reply but not able to leave a message.
When phone was answered on Monday his response made it sound as if he just couldn't be bothered, so we didn't either 🙄.
