I have no hesitation in recommending Mark, should there be issue that require an IT expert. After my Win 10 OS went out on me while in the UK on family business, I was stuck with a laptop that was only good as a paperweight. Though I use to deal with all my own IT needs, both hardware and software, I was stuck in the UK with all my disks and software in the US, at a time when having a functioning PC was critical to the what I was doing here. Mark took my laptop and ran all the tests and a system reset was needed. After I got the PC back, I hit other issues, due to not having system disks in the UK and emailed Mark, who did further research and gave me the link to downloads that overcame my problems. I was shocked at how reasonable his fee was. I have to give him 10/10 for reliability, being straight to deal with and going the extra mile to help get me out of a sticky situation. Handing my laptop over to anyone was a uncomfortable thing to need to do, but after dealing with Mark, I can only say that I found him trustworthy, professional, easy to deal with and overall an excellent service.

Mark was friendly, helpful and efficient in identifying the problem with my laptop. Most importantly he explained it very clearly to me (I am someone who finds IT terminology confusing) without being patronising.
