Absolutely shambolic, sold me a brand new pre reg MERCEDES SPRINTER 513CDI LUTON (HX68 FON) that had been badly crash repaired... See the photos for yourself; unmatching paintwork, poor panel gaps, rusty bolts, missing paintwork etc, etc... Even marks on the a posts where the wings had been pushed so far back into the body from the accident damage. A whole lot of my time & money wasted for nothing other than lies and deception from the dealer and sales team. Seriously avoid this dealer at all costs... Oh and it took me over a week to get my own money back from them. Utterly shambolic is the ONLY way to describe this dealership! AVOID AT ALL COSTS & TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AS THESE DEALERS IM SURE ONE DAY SOON WILL BE HAVING THERE FRANCHISE REVOKED BY MB HEAD OFFICE GERMANY!!!

Can never get through on the phone, on any line, from service to parts to even new vehicles. We have wasted a lot of time being told our call is important to them, but leave a message, which they will respond to but they don't. They blame it on the new phone system, but I have been on the premises when the phone rings and they all ignore it, extremely poor communication, this is going to cost them a new fleet of vans unless it improves dramatically in the next few months.

Absolutely disgusting service!
I have bought Mercedes-Benz Service Care on 16/09/20, They have charged VAT on it, today is 25/10/ 20 they still haven't provided me Tax Invoice and my service plan. I have rang several times and also sent an email, no Luck. Now I am planing to report trading standard and also planing to disputed transactions.

Let me drive over an hour for atf which was “on the shelf” then make me wait in store for 30 mins to be told they don’t have it! Absolute joke of a company, don’t waste your time
