I went in for a new battery for my Samsung note 9. The owner is a very friendly helpful man, who after explaining everything to me fitted the new battery. All done in 15 mins despite him getting interupted a couple of time by other customers. Far cheaper than a new phone that's for sure.

I recently visited Masterfone for a repair on my Samsung S22 Plus charging port. Faz, the owner, came highly recommended. He ordered the part without requiring upfront payment and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. He explained it could be either the charging port or the motherboard but assured me he could fix both. He also warned me about the delicate nature of the S22 Plus back.

Within an hour, I received a WhatsApp message saying my phone was fixed. It turned out to be just the charging port, and Faz was honest about it rather than overcharging me. I was so impressed with his service that I bought a screen protector and tipped him £5. Faz is a decent guy, and I'll definitely recommend him to anyone with digital device issues. If I could I would give him six stars Thank you Faz for the great service,

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service from a rude business owner. The owner charged me £60 to fix a new screen onto my I phone on late christmas Eve and hours later the screen started to fade and become grainy and it developed a dark blob in the top of the screen leaving the display compromised and visually impaired. When I went to see him to seek a solution which I felt would be stress free and he would obviously accept culpability and fix the problem, instead he point blank told me that I would have to pay for another new screen at £60 (he offered to cover half but this was still insulting) as he vehemently said that it wasn’t his fault and I had personally damaged the screen after leaving the shop on Christmas Eve which is not only insulting and offensive but totally inaccurate and accusatory. People buy from people in life and I would never Recomended Anyone to use the man’s shop for phone repairs or buy anything from him. I Should have been wiser seeing as though he doesn’t provide comprehensive invoices and has a sign up saying ‘No refunds’ - in this day and age, big warning sign there yet I trusted this man as you would like to think you could in a community centred area like bearwood where community spirit, honesty and kindness sets this area apart from others. Sadly, this business significantly lets the side down on that front.
It is really disappointing and upsetting being told that you have damaged the screen of your phone which happened literally an hour after leaving the shop and then shut for Christmas with absolutely no self reflection or possibility from the owner that it could have been the repair that was at fault.
I would not recommend this shop - there are multiple other phone shops in bearwood that will give you an honest service and treat you with the respect you deserve. Whole heartedly disappointed. 😞
