Went to fix my phone urgently, done within 15min and for a very good price compared to other phone shops. Amazing customer service. And lots of good selection of accessories that you may need speakers, new/used phones, headphones, cables etc. Don't bother with other phone shops this is the place to get your phone fixed reliably.

I have visited them many times and every time I leave them happy with their service and very good prices compared to other shops. Their location on Alfreton Road is good and there is parking in front of the shop and next to it are many other diverse shops where you can buy your daily needs and many restaurants and cafes. You can repair your phones and buy all your phone needs and repair your laptop as well. I advise all my friends and all those who pass by my comment from Nottingham residents to visit these shops for all their needs related to phones and computers. You can also buy new or used mobiles at low prices from them. Thank you for your services and the technician's expertise

Avoid at all cost. I asked for Google Pixel screen repair. I was charged £120.
My phone was fine all I needed was a screen replacement. when I picked up the phone, the screen would lag. I took no notice as I thought it needed time to adjust. It was the weekend before Christmas. I just needed my phone to work, as it's got everything on it. The keypad kept lagging, I had to double tap screen multiple times for it to register. Even then I thought about putting up with the fault. At least I can get on my phone. I started sending messaging the back space key would get stuck, wiping the whole message, I would need my Google pay and my screen would go half and half locking me out the phone and I'm stood in the shop waiting to pay.
I told this the repair guy and he looked at me like I had two heads. He kept touching the screen saying well the screen has no marks, so it's fine. Basically "we did our job" He didn't care about the fact when putting the replacement screen on my phone they must have done something wrong for these faults to happen. But all they cared for is there was no damage to the screen. They don't care about the phone not working.. why would I want a screen replacement to not be able to use the phone?

As soon as they pull out the go to "There's nothing wrong with the screen" you know Where it's going and I don't want to argue with them.
I believe there are more reputable repair shops than these. Save your money.
