Excellent and friendly service. It's nice to know there are still honest and trustworthy people out there, and Mick is definitely one of those. Took an old laptop that wouldn't power up, and rather than tell me he had to repair/replace something, he told me it was just a charger issue.
Would highly recommend.

Like many thousands of office workers, I was first introduced to personal computers in the 1970s. Although we were all given training on to to use the machines for specific tasks, no one had the time or inclination to tell us how the machines work , and what can go wrong, and what can be done about it.

50 years on there are a huge number of pensioner households who have PCs, but only a sketchy idea of how they work. This can make engagement with PC repair companies rather stressful.
Not so with Mick Cosnett, who breezed into my flat like he was a member of the family, in the nicest possible way, and achieved instant rapport with me, the customer.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, suggested an affordable solution, and had me up and running again within a week.
He showed great patience with my ignorance, kept me up to date with progress, and actually delivered a day before promised.
This is an example of real customer care, and I would recommend Mick not just for older people, but anyone with a computer issue.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Power supply broke and took it to MC PC Repairs and it was fixed within 3 days. Very fast service to a very high standard. My PC is running like brand new. I had a very old Dell laptop, I think it may have been used by Noah !, I telephoned Mick as I felt it was beyond repair, which he confirmed, so all my old Data has been installed on a separate Hard Drive along with a refurbished laptop, at a reasonable price, very promptly sorted out, would definitely recommend to friends and family, and a really nice guy . I found Mick's computer repair services on Google, as my laptop battery was completely dead & it was not switching on. From the first conversation, I was reassured that it could be fixed, without me having to pay for a new one. Dropped it off and after 2 days, it had been fixed with a new battery, new hard drive & a service. I will definitely be going back to Mick in the future. Would recommend him to anyone.
