Use at your own risk. I'm sorry to say, but my experience was terrible. Dropped off an iphone that had a wobbly, erratic charge port. £20 for 20 mins turned into excuses and hours of delays in collection. When I could finally pick it up, the same issues were present, plus shadowing in the screen. It also appears that it was taken to another phone shop in Bradford without my knowledge. I took the phone to another technician, who said it was a botched job inside. I had to pay £60 for a new screen and other bits but in the end it was it bricked because it was overheating and not keeping change. The owner wasn't at the shop that day, so maybe it was misfortune on my part but I won't be back.

Cannot recommend it.

Used this company to repair the screen of an S21 that had a 5 pence sized chip in it. I was told it would be repaired the same day but then he rang and said he needed to get parts and they wouldn't arrive for a few days.

We went to collect my phone back but realised the sim card was no longer in it. My partner called my number that rung but was not answered.

After several calls he answered my number, when we enquired as to why he was using my sim he claimed he swapped the sim into another phone to see if it was working (not sure why he removed it from my phone to begin with).

I brought the phone back for repair as agreed (he claimed it would be done by 10AM). We attempted to contact him but got no response until 6PM when he rang my partner. He relayed he had lost my phone but he 'was sure it was in the shop'. He rang again at 7PM and said it was gone. Using Google tracker we found that the phone had been taken into Halfiax Town and Bradford Town. When confronted he said he must have left it on the Bus when he left in an emergency.

His actions left me without a phone (Crucial for my work). He offered a replacement S9. I didn't accept this as it was a much older phone. He arranged an S21 to be provided the following day, my partner went to collect it where he claimed that she must pay him £125 as this phone didn't have a chip in the screen. I visited the shop and reminded him that he lost my other phone to which he reduced the price to £100.

Without a phone we agreed on £50 so long as the phone had a warranty. He explained any issues not caused by me with the phone would be covered and even offered to replace the screen if it cracked as he had the parts left over.

I wasn't happy about the situation but needed a phone. I hoped that the matter would be finished. It was not.

About 6 weeks later the phone he provided turned off. We returned to have the phone fixed. Initially, he said we had no claim under warranty. When we produced the receipt he had provided us that alluded to the warranty he claimed we had intentionally damaged the phone. That we were trying to scam him. We asked to see the warranty that we had initially signed and he claimed he would not provide it. By this point my partner was on a phone call with Trading Standards who informed us LEGALLY he has to provide us with the warranty.

I noticed the back of the phone was slightly loose (since it was out of it's usual otterbox case). When I asked why this was, he claimed they were like that from factory. When I inspected it closer I found a gap between the phone and the back of the phone. I asked for him to show me another S21 to verify as that didn't seem correct, he assured me that since he was a 'professional' he would know. He didn't have one to compare. Luckily, my partner did as we have the same phone! So we compared them and found the back of the phone he gave was *significantly* away from the phone itself.

I pointed out to him that this phone was NOT as it should have been. He said we'd have to contact trading standards as he wasn't willing to provide any sort of repair or replacement. After we put trading standards on speakerphone he reneged and said he'd provide me the warranty if I gave him my full name, address and number. I enquired as to what happened to the original warranty with all those details. He became irate so we asked for all future communications to be in writing through the number we provided.

We took the phone to a specialist in Halifax. On the repair report they have expalined that the phone has had a previous repair (battery) and the incorrect glue has been used to reseal the phone, this glue once hardened had broken off and damaged the circuitry inside (hence the gap in the phone and it depowering)

Trading Standards are investigating and we are in the process of making a claim against them.

Do not use this company, if you do, make sure you record every detail! Looking at the recent reviews I can see we are not the only disaffected customers and this seems to be a pattern of behaviour.

Basically I needed a new phone with everything transferring from my old phone. The Gentleman at this place was the only one out of the 6 other shops I went to which was willing to help me achieve this. All the others reckoned they didn't know how to do it. The Gentleman was very professional and really helpful and seemed a good genuine person. Thank you very much.

Really helpful staff, quick to respond to my initial email, and the repair was fast and cheap. I have never bothered repairing phones in the past due to hassle and price, buying new ones or using insurance to get it fixed, but will definitely be using this shop for all my future repairs.

Fast and efficient. Tablet power and volume buttons had failed, concerned it would be expensive or I would lose data but the guys assured me it was almost certainly not a major component and would be a simple fix. 30 minutes later got a call all fixed. Now tablet thought was dead is as good a new and for a very inexpensive price.

Visited this shop for the first time today with my daughter’s broken phone. It was fixed in about an hour. The man at the shop was very helpful and we’ll definitely be back for any future repairs to our gadgets. Very happy customer.
