went in with charging issues and suspected charging port problem. They put up with a lot from me stressing over repair, and second-guessing the problem for them without letting them just get on with it, and in the end it was fixed within an hour of me dropping it off! Can't praise enough. Quick repair, very tolerant of me being a stressed out pain, and very reasonable repair cost - just £45 to save my laptop. 5 stars well earned!!!!

I can't explain enough how well informed helpful and friendly Mike's service is. I came to him with my custom PC with a burned out drive and he not only ordered my new parts, fitted them and got my pc running buttery smooth but he also cleaned it out all for a amazingly reasonable price! if you have any issue with tech, this is the guy you need to help you out!

Top notch Repair. Great guy, very knowledgable! I love it’s a family run business. Fair prices. Very professional. I will be taking all my repairs here from now on. And I’ve started recommending him to everyone else I know. my Face ID wasn’t working due to an incorrect repair with another shop and repairman. but all fixed and working now and I couldn’t be happier!

I have went for service to them they take 5 day to diagnosis and told me that battery need to be changed but i told i have 99% battery health but they said it need to be changed and they extended the day of service by saying we are not getting parts but i know battery is not the problem and i took the laptop from them and i went to another shop and i found that it had a liquid damage i also guess the problem is same so these guys do no to analyse the problem and they want to do service what this i will suggest better go to some good service i will not recommend this place to any one waste of time
