Repaired a pixel 7a phone screen which was misaligned and covered part of the camera. The glue was visible around the edges. Whatever works they conducted seriously altered the battery life on the device as the performance fell off a cliff after I had it repaired.
After a few weeks this fell off and revealed the electronics inside.
They stuck this back on but would not give a refund for the poor work.
Still within warranty I took the phone back due to sections of the screen no longer working. The bottom of the screen stopped being receptive and temperamental, when I went to the shop they were unable to repair it because they had to order a new screen, by the time it had arrived and I took the phone back I had dropped the phone again breaking the screen. Despite the screen being damaged before they were unwilling to replace this due to "additional damage". The "most" they were willing to do was to offer £10 off a £95 replacement.
I would not recommend using them at all.

The warranty is for 3 months, why are you complaining when I came back after 6 weeks, well within the time period for a warranty problem. After that I came in two or three times with different problems.
If you want a better review simply fix the non-working screen which was not working due to your installation/product. Not related to any of the damage seen after you had eyes on it in the shop but sent me away because you didn't have a spare in stock!

I have been into this shop a couple of times to get quotes and finally to have my phone repaired.
The staff in the shop are incredible helpful and at this point I’m happy with the repair.
My issue is with the owner Mike who quoted £115 for a new screen should it break during the repair. This quote came over the phone whilst I was in the shop via the gentleman doing the repair. Which I agreed to.
On paying for the repair it had gone up to £125! A text had been sent stating £125 which I was not made aware of.
Please don’t change your quotes, a verbal agreement should stand if a person is not made aware of an increase in price in a matter of 5 days.
I believe a verbal agreement should be honoured and how can a price increase within days
I have edited this review, adding these 2 photos of the replaced camera. On checking this following my review it looks like the broken lens has been replaced and not the replaced the whole camera that I paid for. Please can you reply to this review explaining how this could possibly be a new camera?

Absolutely lovely service today. I came into the shop with an injury to my face after a recent accident. Both staff were stars asking me what had happened and even offered me a chat and a brew in future should I need or want it. Really made my day! Oh, and key cutting service was excellent and really well priced. Massive thank you 🙂

With being of a certain age the transfer of data from my old phone to the new phone was a step to far. A young man Nasir took it in his stride an completed the transfer with great patience, with me asking him questions. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the prices are right.

I just called in Millennium Micros in Sale as I had been charging my phone and part of the charger had got stuck in it, the very helpful lady took the phone
to the gentleman in the back and fixed it with in a minute when I asked 'how much; they said it was free... in this day and age random acts of kindness need recognition.

Very happy with my repair of my broken hinge on laptop,there were many issues not seen to naked eye but mike sorted them all out and kept to his original quote.was very happy how he kept me upto date throughout the whole process by calling regularly.
Really nice man to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
I've also been in for help in asking for chargers for my mums iPad and other items and they have all been really friendly not baffled my mum or mis sold expensive things she didn't need.brilliant business who also are massively cheaper then elsewhere by half the price!!!

Great place to get keys cut cheaper than Timpsons. Good selection of mobile phone accessories available. They carry out mobile phone repairs and the staff are helpful.
