We have previously been happy using Sean for our regular gas boiler and gas fire service. He has now done a great job installing a compact water softener underneath the kitchen sink. The pipework is very well organised in the limited space and we still have use of a part of the cupboard for storage. We highly recommend him for anyone needing gas or plumbing work.

Me and Mum both had new boilers fitted in 2021 and was happy with the work carried out. My Mum subsequently had further work carried out to a gas fire and new bath taps fitted, which we supplied. My Mum was happy with this work. We have both used Millway to carry out the annual boiler service, although their attendance to these can sometimes be hit and miss. I had a service cancelled in 2022 on the appointed day which had to be cancelled and re-schedulled for another time. And my Mum had 2 boiler service appointments cancelled this year by them on the day they were scheduled. A 3rd date was offered but was not convenient and in any event this now falls out the 12 month period from the last service and because of this I assume her 5 year warranty to 2026 will now be INVALIDATED. I did send a message requiring a 3rd date ASAP however the message was not well received and I was berated down the phone and was offered the excuse that the company is only a one band and i have to accept cancelled appointments, or otherwise go elsewhere and use a company with multiple operators. I abruptly put the call down and subsequently received a message to say that they would not be working for me or my Mum again. Me and my Mum are both happy to go elsewhere for our annual boiler service but I resent being told we have received excellent service when we have experienced cancelled appointments and in my Mum's case 2 cancelled boiler service appointment's for this year's service.
