I contacted Paul at Minshall's as the battery on my pc had died. He was extremely helpful and friendly and after assessing the problem was able to advise on purchasing a replacement battery and then fitted it. I use my laptop on a daily basis as I work from home and it is great to know of such a good local company that is able to respond quickly. The costs were very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Minshall's.
