I took my partners IPhone15 Pro Max to Mobi as the charging port was water damaged. He managed to solve the issue quickly and charged extremely reasonably! Super happy with the service! Also, considering we had previously taken the phone into Apple and even they couldn't resolve the issue. Many thanks!

Bought 1 screen protector for £10 and it is very thin, cracked as i was peeling the backing off. Friendly when in shop though.

Google pixel screen repaired here - was told it was a genuine screen fitted. Upon taking it somewhere else to check as the phone was not working correctly after replacing. They have shown that it is not. Really disappointed as phone was clearly not tested after screen replaced. Upon contacting we have been told that it needs other parts. Was happy to have repaired but lost all confidence after finding out that the genuine screens are a lot more than what we paid for the whole job.

Would not recommend.

We had our iPad screen repaired by Mobi recently at a cost of nearly £100. After 1 month of having this repair work undertaken the screen had cracked once again near the corner. We realised the glass used was extremely thin and of low quality so we took the iPad back to Mobi to see what could be done. Before we could finish explaining to the man behind the counter that the iPad had cracked once again and that the damage hadn’t been caused by impact, he became extremely aggressive, banging the table and shouted at my wife accusing her that we must have dropped the iPad to create the crack and that all his products were high quality. Whilst remaining calm we try to show him the low quality thin glass that had been installed to the iPad, he asked us to leave his shop, continuing to shout and swear. Extremely upsetting and low quality customer service, I advise you all to stay well clear.
