I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to these people. Not professional not friendly. I bought a glass screen for Samsung and 2 days later the glass screen has come of. I told about that they said we don't do any guarantee of this. Go to the other professional store like ACG they are brilliant. I didn't why I bought from them it was a big mistake.

Bought a screen protector, one week later it was already peeling off on both sides. I think the film was not cut at the precise dimension by their machine. When I came back asking for a replacement, they just suggested 50 % off a new film claiming there is no guarantee. That is a real joke because they be removed my old film protector for a new one that is way worse state now. The quality was not there.

We came to change just the screen protectors on our iphones but I had another problem with my LCD. The gentleman was able to replace my whole screen and two screen protectors within 30 minutes! Thanks for all your help 🙏 Also the prices were very reasonable!

Absolutely joke of a business that doesn’t honour the guarantee on screens they fit. Quite clearly the lcd has failed not cracked or broken as there’s no damage to the glass or the screen protector supplied .
Be better off setting fire to your hard earned cash than use this business

Pricing is good, but the quality of the repairs leaves to be desired. The quality of the replacement screen put on my iPhone X was mediocre. Additionally, the speed at which the repair was done meant though I was happy to get my phone back in under an hour, some functions (such as the haptic feedback) were no longer functional. I suspect a slower, but more careful repair would have solved the issue. It would also be useful for the staff to communicate that replacement screens have different qualities (and corresponding prices) to better set expectations.
