GREAT EXPERIENCE!! My phone was run over by a car and it was badly damaged the screen was ripped apart and the phone parts were all over the place. I took a chance and took my phone to this shop and they looked at it and checked everything. Only thing needed was a new screen (VERY HONEST) which they repaired it and assembled my broken phone (VERY PATIENT) within 30 mins and my phone was back to life. I am very pleased with the service and I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYONE MOBILE COTTAGE IN ASHFORD for phone repairs and gadgets as they have a huge selection of products and i bought a phone charger as well which is fast and working good so far no problems. Feels really good to have a place where you can trust 👍🏻

Initially enquired about a new charging port on my beloved phone and was quoted £40, which i thought was amazingly reasonable given some of the scary prices I'd seen online. Took my phone there straight after work and was told they'd try a chemical clean first before replacing the port. Went back 20 minutes later to be told the chemical clean was all that was needed, so the charge was only £20. Amazing service, fast, efficient & trustworthy, and saved me the hassle of being strung to a new contract for the next 2 years. Would highly recommend.

I’m using a rare available phone model in Uk which had screen issues and was fixed successfully by them. I feel appreciated and thankful as I noticed they genuinely cared about my phone without damaging any stored data and maintained safety. They are also quick with their job and ensures customer priority always.

Used for the 3rd time today to change my failing battery on my iPhone. I was impressed when I took my iPhone in for a screen change and the the very polite chap said it was screen saver that was cracked, not sure everyone would have been honest and told me that, especially as I was adamant there wasn’t one and it was the screen. Managed to break it again, so changed again and now the battery, very polite and helpful and quick every time . Text a mobile repair guy locally who quoted a third dearer for the same work. All completed within the hour stated, very happy

I had a new battery put in an old phone ...Samsung S9. I like a phone I don't have to constantly fret about losing or scratching etc, and it works fine. £40, done in an hour, the tech also cleaned the charger port so it connects better as well, battery works well, work done nicely, I recommend this shop on the basis of my experience with them - Mike November 2022

Bought an “iPhone 7 compatible pair of earphones” from here, the tender claimed it was official apple Merch, however after connecting to my phone one time for music the end snapped off and became unusable. The product itself feels cheap and after going back in for a refund they continued to try and convince me it’s Apple tech and they could only exchange the product for the same thing... as well as telling me to complain if I had an issue which isn’t very professional. Will definitely never go back here.

Do not use this place. Avoid at all costs. Biggest scammers ever. Don’t trust them with your phone, they will deliberately cause more damage to it to get more money from you. I have reported them to Trading Standards.
