Charging port on my S20 FE a getting inconsistent. Found this company, the price was right and there was a service to pay them to visit. I've a mobility issue and hate to go out in icy weather so was happy to pay extra for a call out visit.

I booked through the website. The online form was a bit flaky, but they asked about that and are looking to fix it. So if you have any issues with the form, please persevere.

The communication was excellent, we arranged a time that worked for me. He was prompt very friendly person and repaired my phone in no time. Gave me a free cable and informed me of the warranty.

Could not ask for a better experience. Will be back and will be recommending.

I booked a call-out repair, and the technician arrived promptly to fix my iPhone. The repair was completed in about an hour, and the technician was very friendly, kind, and honest throughout the process. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Turned my laptop repair around in a couple of days. Communication by text was ok. Visits to the office at Apex House wasn't so OK due to car parking and the office not being a manned office. The service itself was good, just the logistics not so good - they did offer to collect and return but it was expensive and I didn't live far from the office hence choosing to take and collect myself. I'd recommend and use again.

I booked an appointment a week ago to replace my Huawei P20 charging port. The other places are too expensive and not reasonable. I googled and found this place.
The website is easy to operate and I easily booked an appointment last Monday.
Later on the same day, I received a phone call from here to confirm my phone's details. The staff was nice and patient.
Then last Monday, I went lost at the beginning because the photos in the Google Map are the wrong location.
The manager kindly collected me and took me to the right location.
The whole working environment is nice and clean, customers can sit at the tables to wait. There is also free Wifi so time does fly.
It took me about 45 minutes to wait, which is difinitely shorter than the other shops I went before.
After the manager returned my phone, he told me that there will be 6 months warranty period for free, if there is anything wrong, I can come back to them.
The whole service is nice and polite, I recommand this place to every friend I have. Definitely worth every penny you spent!
PS: They should update the photos to label the right location, or it will be difficult to find it.

I called at 9:30pm on a weekday and the gentleman didn’t hesitate to replace my screen the same night as it was very important for me to use the next day at work. Amazing service and most definitely works efficiently with time, I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.
