I have used the mobile hut for many years now for my Samsung Galaxy. The manager, Chenod, has always dealt with everything in a calm, helpful and patient manner and the repairs are done swiftly and at a very good price. Very thankful to have this local little gem of a shop.

Great little shop, huge selection of phone/tablet/laptop etc accessories. `never used their repair service but go there regularly to collect my orders from Wish.
The guy is really friendly and helpful, the shop is clean and the stock is well displayed and reasonably priced.

Took my iPhone 6s in to repair a cracked screen. The first guy I dealt with was a really nice guy and I was very happy with the customer service. Unfortunately the actual phone repair was not to the same standard. After fixing the screen, the Touch ID didn't work anymore from the very first time it was turned on after repair, in addition to this it started rejecting all my chargers that had worked fine until repair, on to of these problems, the screen graphics shake and flash now. My phone had absolutely no problems until I took it in here. I had got the repair on my way to the airport so couldn't take my phone back in until I returned 6 weeks later, at this point they refused to take any responsibility for anything so I will be taking my phone to the Apple Store and paying to have it repaired which will probably be a lot more that a screen repair would have.

My iPhone 6S finally wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few seconds. I had been having to charge the phone several times a day but it was discharging fast. I took it to Mobile Hut at 4.30 on a Saturday afternoon - the nice guy behind the counter looked at the battery page and said it needed a new battery - 10 minutes while I waited. Very reasonable cost. The phone is transformed - at the end of a day with normal use I still have 50-60% left. I don't remember it being that good when new! So, thank you Mobile Hut, excellent service. My wife will be bringing her iPhone 6S in this week for a new battery as well.

Super quick service. They literally changed a touch-screen laptop LCD module in half hour. This would not happen anywhere else. I am grateful for the person who recommended them. I will definitely use them from now on.

The worst experience I have had with phone repair. I put in my phone for water damage 48 hours before I went on holiday for two weeks, they hadn’t touched it so I had to leave it with them whilst I went on holiday. They said they would give me a text when it was ready. Despite this, I got no message and called them up after I had come back. The respondent on the phone said they didnt know where my phone was. I was fuming as they fiddled around the the office aswell saying I wasn’t on the system despite me observing them type my details in. They said it would be done and to come back the following day. I called them up at the opening time and the guy I needed to speak to was not in, I called back and he said he would call at 12. Despite this he didn’t call and I called back at 12:30, they had the cheek to say it wasn’t done despite me overhearing them whispering to each other about myself and delayed it further to Monday. I knew at this point the engineer probably hadn’t touched for two weeks. I was going on holiday the following day on Sunday for 2 months therefore expected my phone to be done in time. I told them this and they said they would try to get it done before 6. I called and they said to come in at 5 which I waited in store for 20 minutes right up until the engineer finished it last minute. Don’t take phones unless you can actually do the service. They also charged me an extortionate price of £120 to which they based the description for the majority of the charge for “the phone”. It has honesty been the worst experience I had ever had with repair. In addition to this I open my phone to find several google searches on my phone. Poor service. Do your job.
