Took my phone in for a new battery, iPhone 12 Jordan and Aaron were very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. I went for an original apple battery. Had a wander round town while it was sorted out. Also purchased a power pack and quick charger while there. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys

“A magical place” does not begin to describe the phenomenal experience that is brought with visiting Mobile labs Nottingham. The most “magical” part of this shop isn’t just the Quick repair times or professional service, but rather the experience and attention to detail of the technician that served us: Arron.
10/10 would break my phone on purpose to visit again.

I went in to get my charging point valued as it wouldn't charge properly. I was quoted £40 from another store and Mobile lab cleaned and fixed the issue within 5 minutes free of charge. Brilliant, honest service and great staff. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Polite and friendly guy was not judgemental about my decision to cool off my Samsung phone in the sink, which lead to perhaps predictable consequences. Despite being told earlier in the day by EE that it was an impossible fix, the man at Mobile Lab managed to open it up and get enough water out of it that, although it is behaving a little bit janky, it was possible to transfer needed data and apps to a new phone. Good job and worth the £20!
