Wish I could give them zero stars. Took 2 of my phones to them. My I phone needed the rear glass replacing, when I received it back I walked out the shop and my phone warned me that there was a non genuine battery in it. They replaced it without telling me after they damaged it. After waiting and waiting for them to get a battery I got my money back. The replacement glass was so poor it lasted a few days before it fell apart. I’ve just received a price to fix the damaged caused by them and it’s nearly £600. The other phone which they replaced the screen on has also since stopped working and the screen fell out. DO NOT USE THEM

Took my s22 ultra for a screen repair recently. Took around 45mins inc a decent screen protected too.
No issues, he had to order the screen in as it was a Coloured backing, Took 2 to 3 days.
Only dropped a star as i felt the new screen was a tad expensive.

Went in to buy a new pair of earphones, extremely overpriced for a pair of cheap quality earphones, Staff are rude, and do not know what they are talking about, didn't even get a full day out of the earphones before they started having issues, one would not charge, connection struggles at the best of times, waste of money and waste of time. 10/10 rip off. AVOID, as it it all just overpriced counterfeit.

I took my mobile phone here to have the battery replaced as the battery didn't hold a charge for very long however I liked the phone so decided to get a new battery. I got a quote and decided to go ahead the work was done in a couple of hours and I collected my phone unfortunately even after a full charge the battery soon lost charge and still didn't last more than a day so unfortunately I decided to give up on the phone and upgrade to a newer model. The service I received was good however I was disappointed with the results of a new battery.

I got my sons iPad screen repaired , waiting nearly a day , came to collect still not done , then once fixed what was £80 pound it dropped onto the floor from the sofa onto carpet breaking again even with a screen protector on it wasted my money

i brought a iPhone 11 Pro from here for my daughter as a birthday present, it was in the box I brought it a month and a half before her birthday, when she opened it it hade a huge crack on the back, my daughter switched it on and the screen would not stop flashing blue, I tried to return it but he was very rude over the phone saying it was over 30 days so he could not take it back!!
