Thieves!

Beware if you are buying a phone from this shop.

I lost my phone on 06/08/22 and two days later on find my iphone I can see it has been in this shop for a few days.

They clearly do not carry out proper checks and buy stolen phones to then sell them on.

I have reported this to relevant authorities who are investigating, however my advice is stay clear as you may buy a phone which will later be blocked because it is stolen!

I didn't buy anything from here but did pop in regarding a damaged phone for advice regarding warranty. Seem friendly and helpful, furthermore. The phone is being fixed under warranty so thanks for confirming that there appeared there was no intentional or accidental damage on the phone.

Appalling service.

Walked in here and got followed around the shop by the predator behind the counter. He then kept trying to push new models of phones on me to pay more money.

He accused me of theft when for stealing a phone case and when asked to be searched I duly obliged. Although he did get a little heavy around my groin area, He conceded that I had not in fact attempted to steal anything and ordered me to leave.

Very uncomfortable experience and I hope females visiting this store are very few and far between as I dread to imagine what his behaviour is like around women.

I've bought a few phones here for repairs because the price is more reasonable than other repairs shops. I've also told family and friends about this shop and they have never had a problem with their repairs. Nice polite guy that runs it.

They've resuscitated 2 of my iPhones and my partners HTC. The repairs were done on the same day I took them in within the space of a few hours.

They were unable to fix one of my other iPhones and as such the phone was returned with no charges.

They have great knowledge and offer a great service.

I take all my work phones here to be repaired, always great service and I've never once had to take a phone back after a repair. they have carried out.

Great price and great service.

I took my phone into here for a screen repair, it took two weeks to repair initially, I had to call them myself to find out what was taking so long, then was told there was a problem with the speaker,(there was no problem before I took it in) I came to collect, and asked if it had been tested. Upon inspection the new screen was faulty, with a white mark in the lcd, the ear speaker was inoperative, and the screen wasn't fixed in properly on the side, they didn't apologise but agreed to rectify. I got told they would call me when completed, I had to phone in myself again! I asked has the phone been tested properly this time, a was told, " they should have" I came in to find the lcd still having a mark inside, and the speaker crackling. They refused to repair again, said they would knock off £25 off the £150 I paid. I will be contacting trading standards about this shop, I haven't experienced such a poor, rude, and unprofessional service ever. I'm now left with a defective phone and a £150 bill to repair elsewhere! Steer clear!!!!

They are thieves . I gone there to repair my phone . Before repair my phone it was fantastic like battery if is 100% percentage I can use 7/8 hours but now if is 100% I can use only 2/3 hours.
