I would leave a lower review if I could. I came here to repair the screen of my MacBook. After two months, about one fifth of the screen stopped working while the computer was turned on, opened and on a stand (no external influence on it and I was looking at it the moment this happened). A few hours afterwards, the screen stopped working altogether. I inspected the screen and noticed that the lower part of the internal glass had a small fissure and the lower plastic was burning hot. My guess is that because of the low quality of the screen some circuit overheated and because of this the glass of the screen broke (of course I am not an expert, all I know is that it stopped working without any external influence on it). I am a student and depend on my laptop to study. Because I needed my laptop urgently to prepare my exams, I immediately came to ask for a guarantee and they refused, alleging that I had broken the screen. This was of course not true. I was looking at the screen when it suddenly stopped working. I had been super careful with my laptop because it had recently broken before (two months ago when I came here).

I want to make the public aware of two things: 1. The quality of the screens is appalling. My computer was literally open on a stand and from a moment to the next it broke. 2. I understand that they are not able to verify my story. However, I expected a good faith customer service, since I paid £320 for the screen replacement. The man who received me accused me of breaking the screen, did not ask anyone to confirm his (obviously biased and factually erroneous) opinion that I had broken the screen and did not offer any solution whatsoever. What they say below about asking other customers is an outright lie, which does not surprise me at all given what has happened. Be aware: they will charge you at least £320 for a screen repair, which will probably break within months of extremely careful use. They will not answer for their lower quality screen and will attribute the damage to you. In summary: low quality screens and dishonest service.

I was desperate to get my laptop fixed, as a student with exams approaching, and was turned down by three places today but these people solved my problem within two hours! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an urgent solution to their tech problems.

Accurate diagnosis, swift response!
I broke my computer and sought help from another companies, and I was told both of my transformer and motherboard was broken down. By my friends recommendation, I sought help from this London Computer Repair Centre, Mr Wang treated my computer swiftly and fix the motherboard, it actually didn't broken down! I am not a computer guy, I just need things to be fixed. thoroughly relieved, I am actually writing this response using my recovered computer. Reasonable price, don't expect shop decoration, you come to fix a computer, one problem is I can't find parking in central london, so I have to carry my heavy computer with luggage suitcase, but that's fair, you can hardly find parking anyway.
I also saw people came to fix cell phone, so if you need, definitely worth a try.
