Took my iPhone 12 Pro to mobile solutions today for a new battery to give it a new lease of life. Friendly staff who once the repair was finished arranged for a new screen protector to be installed. Took an hour for the repair to be carried out but it might take longer if more repairs are in the queue. Have been using Mobile Solutions for years and will ensure I send anyone who needs their phones repaired your way.

Pros: friendly enough. Priced fair.

Cons: specifically asked if the replacement screen would affect touch ID (as is sometimes the case with 3rd party ipad reapirs) and was told "no", got the pad home and it has infact disabled the touch ID. Not the end of the world but they either lied to me or more likely just weren't paying attention, so a little disappointed. Please consider this if it will affect your device too.

I took my phone in as it wasn't charging, they cleaned out my charging port and had it working again in a matter of a minute or two. And they didn't charge me anything for it. Definitely recommend these guys.

Whilst visiting Norwich I popped in to see if they could fix my son’s iPhone as part of the charger was stuck inside.
Didn’t want to spend too much as phone will be replaced in a few months they offered a good price so happily accepted.
Have been a few times before and the people always do a good job. Would always drive the 25 miles to get repairs here. Thank you
