What a lovely, helpful and down to earth man.
I visited him this morning to get a phone unlocked and to purchase a lyca phone bundle.
Not only did he unlock the phone he set up the phone bundle, I offered him a tip for all his time but he would not take it.
This man deserves to get on in his business, he was recommended to me by 2 people who have used his service before and they wasn't wrong!!!! He gives a first class service.

Honestly wouldn't go back.
Needed my phone screen fixed a while back.
Paid £165 for screen replacement and back glass replacement.
Took longer than expected to get my phone back and when I did the screen didn't fit the phone properly. He charged me full price and then didn't give me official Samsung screen which he was legally obliged to do as he had charged me that price.

Just a short, dodgy guy running a small, dodgy phone shop. As expected in Birmingham in all honesty.

Don’t use, he charged my 13 year old and ruined the phone he over charged, him and damaged the inside of the phone, after fixing the charger port, note 3rd repair, after which the wi-fi not working, totally denied responsibility, how can you be repairing a phone and not see the Wi-Fi is working, after doing a 3rd repair overcharged and ruined the phone, don’t use, yet tryed to get more money off the child, for damages he created to the phone, and ruined the phone, robbed the child £70, shame on such a person, how rich are you going to get shame shame shame, use phone squad, reliable and honest, and don’t rob the customer and ruin the phone

Oh really, how can you be an honest trades person who cannot see a phone is not repairable, you chose to open a phone that cannot be repaired charging those children on 3 occasions like you say, a good mobile shop will not touch a phone that cannot be repaired, the phone was working until you changed the charging port, the truth was you sent the child away, to get you more money to repair the phone you damaged while doing your last repair, the children only repaired the phone because the device was working, this is not the first child you have done it too, and if you can’t repair a phone why would you open a shop, if you are incompetent to repair phones, you robbed the children thinking no1 will know, that is discusting. You are known for your bad attitude hence the reason local people don’t use uour shop,
