AVOID. The guys here are clearly cowboys; they use the wrong materials, they break client hardware and they lose components such as screws etc. Truly dreadful. Should be reported to trading standards. The device pictured went in to them for a new screen around five months ago, and it fell off in my hand, so even after all the damage they cause and 'Bitz' they lose, they still don't actually repair the issue.

EDIT: Their reply to my review demonstrates fairly well the sort of people you'd be dealing with; rude, callous individuals who deflect responsibility (and indeed, they don't seem to even know how to spell the word), as well as further demonstrating their ineptitude with respect to mobile device repair; yes - screens do come off by themselves if they have been poorly fitted. Yes, glass can break by itself in certain conditions (if an iPad has a bend in the chassis that hasn't been properly straightened, it places the glass under tension, and sudden changes in environmental temperatures, such as going from outside to inside on a winter's day, can sometimes be enough to break the glass). I'm not even sure why this is mentioned, as that isn't the issue here...

Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Just not here.

Said my camera needed the glass changed as it was broken and then ended up with a broken camera inside and they were charging me £130. Avoid to come here if you don’t want to be ripped off.
The manager was rude as well as unhelpful. No manners.

iPhone 12 Pro Max repairs (no insurance 🤦🏼‍♂️)

I’ve had two broken screens in a matter of weeks, the second with water damage ouch right!
Fortunately the main tech guy & owner wavered the water damage & charged just for the screen which was well over £100 saving each time than the iPhone store where they would hit you for everything on top!
Really love this place, the prices are very reasonable and no job too big or small, always full of advice on all phone related questions from car speed chargers to techy questions on phone functionality & components,

Always my first point of call & would definitely recommend, thanks Ali for the hard work !

Triple prices comparing to online ones which are the same items. There’s a paper that no one can see on the top of the wall saying no refund just exchange. I bought the item not even 10mn before I return but he refused to give me a refund. Theives lI’ll never buy from them anymore.

Shambolic criminal idiots, avoid at all costs …brought in my laptop (which is 7yrs old) I thought I needed a new harddrive & asked the guy to check as I wouldn’t pay a silly price he tried to over charge me & deliberately replaced the wrong thing when it turns out I just needed a new battery, they deliberately disconnected a single wire on my mouse and keyboard thinking I would return to pay extra on something so basic when keyboard and mouse were already working on my arrival ….once a actual professional inspected my laptop there was a chunk of cake left inside the inner casing of my laptop. It’s beyond me how’s these cowboys are still operating.

Excellent service! Great customer service from the second I entered the shop, friendly and they know their stuff. I need a screen protector and they too care explaining what I needed and although it took afew tries, he ensured that I got the perfect protector.

This shop in Aldershot, the product glass protecter is of low quality it just came off on the second day. And the staff was so rude (called me idiot) when I asked for exchange policy. Refused to exchange at all! Consumer rights is not applicable in this shop. Never going back to this shop again. If I could give 0 star I would do that.
