I bought a new phone from Mobiletech.I forgot my Gmail password they retrieved it and set up everything for me without any extra cost,given 2 year warranty for my phone aswell. Best place for pensioners. Highly recommended.

I hardly ever write a review but this is to help people make an informed decision. I Tried to have my young daughters phone repair done hear and the store did more damage by opening it and replacing parts not approved by myself the two people who work hear just blame each other for incompetence it’s really not a great set up. I was also refused any kind of receipt and told to pay cash only for repairs they refused to return original parts. Said it would take two hours for the original repair but after 7 visits in two weeks they said they would give a refund. But only after I said I would leave a review if they did not. Phone still not working think I have the same issue as another reviewer on here phone over heating and not connecting to Wi-Fi. Reported to trading standards as I believe this could be dangerous
