Tldr; Honest, quick, efficient. Highly recommend.

I have been to Mobilic twice in the last year (different devices) and never going anywhere else ever again for gadget related issues.
Dropped my S21 yesterday, screen went blank, tried all the resets off Google and nothing worked .
Went to Mobilic today, 5 mins before closing time. He diagnosedd and fixed the issue (a loose connection apparently) in 15 mins while I waited and didn't even charge me for it despite my insistence.

After switching network providers I realised my phone was opperator locked. After a visit to the store to provide details and payment mobilic called me the next day with an unlock code and guided me through the process. My phone now works on any network, it was a quick fix and really good price. Will use them again!

Fantastic service, fixed my iPhone back glass in 30 mins while I was shopping (pay on collection) and also fit a complementary screen protector, and got a phone case from here, let me try it on first before buying.
